What financial documents are required?

  • Three years of personal and business tax returns

  • Personal financial statement (PFS)

  • Debit schedule

  • Business history and experience

New Customers Cost and Fees

  • For loan amounts under 1.5 million, there will be a 2% fee.

  • For over 1.5 million, a 1% fee.

  • Multiple deals and returning customers will always get a reduced rate.

  • Consulting fee for organizing and creating proper financial structure and statements for loan submission: we require a 50% upfront fee, and the other 50% will be paid at closing. You will never pay more than the standard fee.

  • Minimum of a $5,000 fee on all deals, unless a previous agreement exists.

  • A $495 document processing fee will be collected at closing on all Loans.
